What is size without strength?
STABLIFTS POWERBUILD 4X is an 8-week program designed to create a classic physique while adding serious strength gains.
Designed for both men and women.
Unlike 1-on-1 training, this program DOES NOT come with coaching or access to a Stab Lifts coach.
This program follows the following 3 phases:
Phase 1: Acclimation: To adapt to the program
Phase 2: Hypertrophy: Med-high volume for muscle gain
Phase 3: Intensity: Reduce volume and peak strength.
Only run this program if you can commit to every workout. Doing so will yield success.
I know what it's like, and I've coached dozens of clients to pack on muscle, lose fat, and gain serious strength. That's what this 8-week program is going to do for you - I'll give you all the information you need to make incredible progress in 8 weeks.
This program doesn't just give you exercises, sets, and reps. It provides you with guidance on nutrition, recovery, supplements, cardio, tracking progress, and even exercise variations/alternatives. This 8-week program isn't just another program on what to do in the gym, it's a comprehensive program with everything you need to succeed.

Just like in my 1-on-1 coaching, I provide the intensity, tempo, rest times, and everything you need to know to train like a pro.

Every exercise in the program has been filmed and demonstrated so you know exactly what you're doing.

No app downloads necessary. I use what's tried and true: an Excel sheet with all 8 weeks planned out.

Conventional Gym
Conventional gym with dumbbells, barbells, a cable machine, and common machines.
