This is an 8-week program for beginner to intermediate lifters (1-3 years of effective training).
Advanced lifters can also run this program if it suits their goals.
If you don't know what experience level you fall into, you're likely in the range of beginner-intermediate.
Unlike 1-on-1 training, this program DOES NOT come with coaching or access to a Stab Lifts coach.
This program follows the following 3 phases:
Phase 1: Acclimation: To adapt to the program
Phase 2: Hypertrophy: Med-high volume for muscle gain
Phase 3: Intensity: Reduce volume and peak strength.
Only run this program if you can commit to every workout. Doing so will yield success.

This program doesn't just give you exercises, sets, and reps. It provides you with guidance on nutrition, recovery, supplements, cardio, tracking progress, and even exercise variations/alternatives. This 8-week program isn't just another program on what to do in the gym, it's a comprehensive program with everything you need to succeed.

This split for this program is:
Upper, Lower, Rest, Chest/Back, Legs/Delts/Arms, Rest, Rest.
Expert Instructions
Just like in my 1-on-1 coaching, I provide the intensity, tempo, rest times, and everything you need to know to train like a pro.
Exercise Demos
Every exercise in the program has been filmed and demonstrated so you know exactly what you're doing.
Easy-To-Use Format
No app downloads necessary. I use what's tried and true: an Excel sheet with all 8 weeks planned out.
WHAT IS REQUIRED
Conventional Gym
Conventional gym with dumbbells, barbells, a cable machine, and common machines.
