Sebastien
Sebastien is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over three years of experience coaching 20+ clients in gym-floors and online.
As a former collegiate rugby athlete from Georgetown University, fitness has always been a big part of his life. While he still competes as a Powerlifter, Sebastien's love for athletics has transformed into a passion for coaching. He is motivated to help clients succeed in their fitness journey, no matter their age, experience level, or goal.
Sebastien is an elite coach specializing in bodybuilding, body transformation, and strength training. What matters most to him is that his clients are honest, transparent, and curious.
Record-Holding Powerlifter, CPT, CSCS, CNC
Christian
Christian is a Certified Personal Trainer whose athletic background is unmatched. He has an Olympic Medal in Men's Rowing from the 2024 Paris Olympics, competed in the U18, U23, and Open Men's National Teams, won the C.R.A.S.H. B Indoor Rowing World Championships, and rowed at Harvard University and University of California, Berkeley.
As a lifelong athlete, Christian recently began his coaching journey with Stab Lifts. His coaching specialty is geared toward aspiring college athletes, functional strength training, and injury recovery and prevention; however, he has trained clients of various ages and backgrounds.
